The Good Morning Liver Cleanse Recipe

1 Tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 drop of Peppermint essential oil (Be Young brand only)
1 drop of Lemon essential oil (Be Young brand only)
Mix lemon juice, lemon oil and peppermint oil

This is best if taken before eating in the morning.  If you need to wash it down, drink some filtered water after. 
Repeat each morning for a month, take a day or 2 off and then resume.
By repeating this process daily you are gently cleansing your liver of toxins.  This is the first step in helping your body balance itself, whether you desire weight loss, increased energy, or being free of headaches, allergies, rashes, etc.  

You can also make a liver supporting tea.  Use 1 cup of warm water, 1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice, 1 drop each of lemon and pepperming and a touch of honey or maple syrup.  So good!! 
The SUPER Liver Cleanse Recipe

(If you're new to using essential oils it is recommended to do the "Basic" Liver Cleanse recipe for 30 days first).

4 Tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon juice
2-3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
3 drops Be Young Lemon Essential oil
3 drops Be Young Peppermint Essential oil
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Chili Pepper (or to taste)
20 oz. of filtered water

This may be sipped throughout the day, or if desired, cut the recipe in half and drink with warm water as a tea. (You can substitute honey for maple syrup)
Cellulite Buster Detox Bath Salt

You may want to weigh yourself first.  Then enjoy!

To detox and get rid of unwanted Fat and Cellulite:
1 cup of Epsom or Dead Sea Salt
10 drops Orange oil
  5 drops Geranium oil
  5 drops Rosemary oil
  4 drops Juniper oil
  3 drops Cypress oil
  3 drops Birch oil
  3 drops Lemon oil
  Blend oils together and add to Bath Salts.  Shake well.  Add 1/2 cup to warm water and soak in tub for 30-40 minutes.  You may keep adding warm water if needed.

After your soak you can apply a blend of orange, rosemary and cypress oils, or layer a drop or 2 of each oil directly on cellulite areas.
It's effective to put the oils on your feet also.
Weigh in after bath and again the next morning.

This is most effective if you do the bath 5 days a week or at least every other day.  Others have noticed a BIG difference in just one week. 

Add the dry skin brushing before your bath and notice even more dramatic results.
